2. International shipping, we use Post Laju to do the shipment. Please log into Post Laju web site to find out the rate for your location.

International Shipping Charges and Delivery Times will depend on the courier operation hours. Pease refer to their website for more information.

Alexwinson collections is proud to offer Post Laju as our exclusive worldwide carrier for all of our shipments.

Alexwinson appreciates your business, and we will process your order promptly. Please allow 1 business days for us to confirm your payment and carefully prepare your products for shipment. These 2 business days should be added to shipment transit times for your selected Post Laju service type when estimating delivery date.

Post Laju offers fast, reliable, carefully handled shipments within the U.S. and worldwide, with guaranteed on-time delivery and complete, updated tracking details from our door to your door. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Element Case confirming shipment, and an email from Post Laju with your shipment tracking number. You can track your shipment at fedex.com for up to the minute status and updated delivery date / times. In the U.S. and most countries, you may also contact Post Laju to request they hold your package for you to pick-up at their nearest facility. There is no additional charge for this service.

Unfortunately, Post Laju cannot ship to civilian P.O. Boxes or U.S. Military APO/FPO domestic and international addresses. However, we are committed to supporting our U.S. Military Service Personnel, so please contact us by submitting a ticket to make alternative shipping arrangements.
